-What about having some sort of sticky thread where people can post ideas for courses they don't necessarily want to teach but would like to see?
-Hanover is working on the technology for an automated university. People put in quizzes and course material and what-not, and the system keeps track of everything. Perhaps this would be a worthwhile project sometime for our technical gurus? I'm glad to help out.
Just rambling. - Carson

I like your first idea.
I was wondering if we could have summer courses cause I can't or won't commit to learn anything during the school year.

Ok, I think I'm rambling now too. I was wondering if it was possible to get the course material, but not have to take the test and final project. Yeah, that sounds really lame to me as well, since then there really isn't a point to taking the class, but I was interested in the Asian Political History but I really can't commit to anything. I just wanted to read the material cause it sounded interesting...

Your Excellency,
I recognize that there may be other citizens like yourself, so I think what I will do is make the course material available to the general public after the course is over.
Thanks for inquiring. Carson

That sounds good to me.
If you don't mind, you really don't need to call me "your excellency" or "madam president". "neem" is just fine to me

Yes please.
Lordship is inaccurate to the legislation that created my post. Technicaly, it is Excellency also, but frankly, none of us like to be called by our titles. It all seems so rather stuffy.

I am interested in the Asian political history course.
Those who call me "Sir" (because of my Knighthood) or "Ambassador" may see some extra courtesy or consideration on my part.

I agree with Jon, titles make me feel like I have to act the same and use titles for the other person and it just complicates things!

Ok, let's compromise on the title of President neem. The "your excellency" part makes me feel uneasy

Neem-a-roo! Neem-a-roo! Neem-a-roooooooooo! Neem-a-roo! I saw an evil title under the bed! Save me Neem-a-roo!
;D
Don't mind me....I just like the phrase Neem-a-roo.

Also, in regards to Neem's thing about the course material without the course, I think it's in the best interest of the University to allow its availability to the general public. It's like walking into a college bookstore and buying books just to read them. I do it all the time and I'm not even in College. So far this year I've spent almost 300 dollars in the Ohio Wesleyan bookstore. I'm not allowed to sell them back per se...so I just give them to my sister (who is attending) and she gets half the money back. The school doesn't care, but because I'm not enrolled, I'm not allowed to sell them back. Oh, by the way, I was accepted. $36k per year here we come!
