Haha, I declared war on an ant hill but the lizard-like thing in front of my house got to it first and demolished it!

Alright... now I'm starting to get pissed off with the commentary. Talk about the issues at hand: wars and cheeses. 2 yeses, 2 nos, one abstain... who are we waiting on now? This act may take forever (unless someone institutes a time limit )

Mr. Sullivan, I might remind you that it was you who proposed the Commentary Act. Additionally, I'd appreciate it if you would stop stealing my thunder. I'm the Chancellor. We have enough votes, but we need to wait until April 27 at 3:47 P.M. E.S.T. Then, we have to have a vote on whether or not to override Neem's veto.

I am aware that I proposed the commentary act. Thank you for that reminder. I was noting that the war on a blade of grass or an anthill is rediculous. (in other words I was joking.)
And I was not stealing your thunder, I wanted to know what we needed to do, being tied... wait on whom? You have answered that question though. It seems that this act will probably be denied, because the overriding vote will probably be split as well.
Despite the fact that I deny stealing your thunder, I am stealing your cheese. You'd better go check your refridgerator.
And please, don't redecorate your refridgerator.

Eh? You have to override my vote 'no'? Wow... I definitely missed that. I'll let it pass if there's a majority voting for it. I'm not going to veto it since I'm president, I respect what the majority says.
Ick, we need to fix wherever it says that we need a vote to override it

Right now, at 2-2-1, it wouldn't pass anyway, would it? I think he means that your "no" fixes the tie.

Mr. Sullivan,
You are correct, it will not pass at this point. My mistake.

The vote of neem breaks the tie, so it fails, for now, correct? There is no longer time to wait on more votes?

No, Neem's vote does not break the tie. It simply fails because it needs a simply majority to pass. The majority of people have not voted for it, so thus it fails.
