Henzelli, I'm glad you're supporting the change to the basic laws.
Whenever we (the TDCers) vote in a bloc, like the Bagelcraticans, we can get things done just like they can. This is no different. But if we start breaking away, then the TDC will become powerless. Notice how we're skirting the big issues like socialism and government structure. What the TDC is fighting for now is the actual existance of Lavalon as we know it, and Lavalon's culture. I know, I know, these things shouldn't even have to be thought about, but they ARE happening. We must exercise our democratic right, even if it requires putting aside our differences.
Huzzah!

I am leaving the TDC, and so is the WSP. Please remove my name from the list.

Do you realize, Henzelli, that your political aspirations will be nil unless you change your mind OR defect to the Bagelcraticans?
Go ahead, defect. The TDC might be almost powerless, but we're the only able opposition.

I challenge the validity of the TDC.
You do not have the right to claim independents among your members and I want that changed in your charter.
I was an independent and never would have joined the TDC, becouse it oposes all i stand for!

I am also withdrawing the TOP from the TDC... Seeing in fact that xon never even *asked* the TOP to join. He just said it was part of it, and that was that.
Such a blatent move was not apprecated at the time, however, for the sake of trying not to create more political stress then there already was, I did not mention my issue.
The TOP was historicaly the first party created in Lavalon as an "opposition" to the FJ&B party, for the simple fact that I disagreed with a few of their platform issues.
Since the first server crash, the orginization, which did include Mr. Klaus for a period of time, has been "asleep" as it were, and I am now caught between awakening it, or ending it's existance all together.

Now that the TDC has become the Democratic Nationalist Party, it has inherited the "honorary memberships" that were given out by the TDC (under my leadership) to persons such as Henzelli, Z, and Christophe.
Christophe, your renunciation of membership is respected and accepted, along with the withdrawal of the TOP.
Seeing as how the TDC or its successor the DNP is unable to singly compete with the Bagelcraticans, I can only hope for the slight possibility that all opposition parties can cooperate from time to time, if not together as a single organization.

You have NOT inherited my honorary membership. I oppose the tactics you have used in controlling the TDC and believe that nothing will change with the Nationalist Party. You have no right to name us as honorary members without consulting us. I offered Jon honorary membership in the Socialist Party, but did not openly declare that I was doing so. He turned down the offer and I was polite about it and accepted it. You, however, are simply grabbing at whomever isn't a part of the PBP and declaring them members. Remove me from your list as you already have.

Done, and done. But can't we at least vote together on some things in order to lessen the extent of the Bagelcraticans' stranglehold on power ?
