Okay, I am really losing my patience with this whole comment-while-you-vote thing. It's been going on since long before I was even a Lavalonian citizen--it certainly went on under Henzelli's chancellorship--and is not acceptable. Whether past Chancellors have let you do it is not my business; but I will not tolerate violation of the rules. A brief review of the legislative process:
Proposal & motion to debate Second and debate Motion to vote Second and vote occurs
No one in there is there something that says "Irrelevant commentary during voting period." That is not in any of our rules of procedure either. By the way, including commentary in your vote post still counts as commentary.
I have already warned you all once, and you paid no heed to my warning. This is your final warning. The next time someone makes comments during the voting period they will be censored.

Come on... we never really did like censorship.
And, there's no where in there that said we couldn't

You can, now, thanks to the Commentary Act 2005.

Well, you didn't, the Assembly did, but in any event, commentary during any time in the Assembly is now allowed.
