We need to figure out the whole Eucalyptus issue before I can make the logo for the CafePress T-shirts.
Frankly, I like the eucalyptus, cause they're a hell of a lot easier to draw then that olive leaf wreath.

I would support that, but ONLY if it's not mandated that it HAS to be there. We can have some neat little alter-logos that don't have the eucalyptus....which would add variety. ^^ I have an idea for a shirt design. Across the chest we have the tri-color flag in a band from one seam to the next. Then we write LAVALON in white lettering across the center, and on the left breast side we have the logo. Kind of like the "ARGENTINA", "ITALY", "MEXICO", and "BRAZIL" shirts I have. They're nice looking.

Actualy, from the templates I've seenm, you have one small logo on the pocket, and one big one on the back.

i support the use of eucalyptus on the t-shirt.
the wreath should be on the pocket, and on the back, over the words "republic of Lavalon". or, the flag could be on the pocket and the wreath only on the back.

i still say the eucalyptus should not be officialized, but that does not mean it cannot be used for a shirt... i wouldnt buy one with a eucalyptus on it though.
and i dont think we should use the olive wreath, right? Kieran made it...?

Forgive me for restarting the old debate, but the Eucalyptus IS our nationally symbolic plant, at least until someone comes up with something better. Of course nothing compares to the historical significance of the Eucalyptus.
I didn't know Kieran's wreath was from an olive plant. I thought it was Eucalyptus.

Forgive me for saying this again, but you do not dictate our culture. The Eucalyptus was NEVER adopted officially, and every time you brought it up it either didn't go to vote or was defeated. So forgive me for staunchly refusing to recognize the Eucalyptus, but I will NOT buy a shirt with Eucalyptus on it unless it is officially adopted.

I won't buy a shirt with a euc-whatever (I can't spell! It's hard). Why?
I'm in debt. So I couldn't buy one if I had a choice.

Kieran's wreath is an olive plant, as specified in the original letters patent for the Order of Lavalon.
So. Euca or not? Should we have a vote?
*shrug*

I hope you at least have something in mind, Nate, that would take the place of the Eucalyptus should it be banned.
Banned is such a harsh word. It's appearing all too often these days.

It dosnt matter if its Eucoliptus or not, let our first wave of tees have eucoliptus on them.
Later we can change it

or we could jsut have tees which say Lavalon on the front or the back or somthing?
