...to deal with this.
I want a court order saying that I may use the title "President" and that Tasneem may call herself "Vice-President". This would be effective until the date of January 5, obviously.
I posted in my personal forum that "I am not President". I'd rather not risk calling myself President if I'm not, and that is why I said what I said. However, after reviewing the Basic Law over-and-over, I have come to the conclusion that I can be called President and Tasneem can be called Vice-President; however, this conclusion needs to be backed up by the Judicial Branch. That's what I am asking you, your Honor, whether or not the following segment of Basic Law 2 allows me to use the title President after the President mentioned in that Basic Law (Klaas) has resigned:
Can I? (Please, because the website needs to look good with the proper titles and such?)

Why can't you just fill in the website with titles such as President Pro Tempore or Vice-President Standing in for the Presidency until January 5.
Why do the courts have to confer on you titles that aren't properly yours?

That Basic Law section does not allow you to call yourself the President.
