Charges: Based on the conviction of Matthew Vasroixe in Lavalon v. Vasroixe Andrew Child's citizenship should be considered null and void.

I approve this petition. The defendant shall have until May 9 to issue a plea (guilty or not guilty). Assuming the defendant pleads not guilty, the trial will begin on May 10, although a motion to extend may of course be filed and will be considered by the court.

As the defendant has not entered a plea, a default plea of not guilty will be entered for him. Thus, we will begin the trial tomorrow.
