It is the ruling of this Court that Matheu Vasroixe may use the title of President until January 5, 2005. He shall have all responsibilities and duties of that office as well.
It is also the opinion of this Court that Basic Law 2 be repealed and any necessary elements be incorporated into Basic Law 7, to soldify the Executive Branch's operations and to avoid contradictions of Basic Laws.
