Dear President Chowdhury, The document entitled "A Treaty Between Lavalon and Breuddwyd" presently displayed on this (link) website is not in fact a treaty between Lavalon and Breuddwyd. Such a document was never signed by myself, a regent, or a henchman empowered to act upon my behalf. It was not ratified by either the Cyfrin Gygnor nor the Casglaid, as required by convention and law in the Kingdom of Breuddwyd. The Kingdom of Breuddwyd does not presently consider itself a party to any bi-lateral treaty between itself and the Republic of Lavalon, nor will it do so until such a document has been negotiated on, agreed to, signed and ratified by both parties. Yours Sincerely, Emyr Ciaron Broeck Rhi gan Breuddwyd Iarll gan Anarchiaeth

Where in the world, then, did that treaty come about?

Why not consider signing it now?

As Lavalon's Secretary of State, I fully support this. It needs to be approved both by the General Assembly and by our president. I will begin the necessary procedures in the Assembly.

You should wait until consent has been offered by Ciaron.

Xon, it may have slipped your memory, but at the start of this year the Republic of Lavalon and the Kingdom of Breuddwyd were discussing the signing of a treaty. That document was what you brought to the table, I believe I returned with my suggestion, and then we both agreed to put the whole thing off for a couple of months.
Discussions where never resumed. I have no intention of signing that document, it does not say what I would like a treaty between our two nations to say.
Please removed it from your website.

Ciaron,
does the Cyfrin Gyngor still exist? I thought it was created with the O'Keefe Agreements, and as I withdrawed the agreements were reversed...
If the Gyngor is to continue more legislation would need to be passed.

Brandon, Not necissarily. The Okeefe Agreement contained a committment that for the life of the agreement I would govern on the advice of a privy council or Cyfrin Gyngor. It's not established by the charter or by an act of the Casglaid. If I decide to appoint a council to advise me in governing, then it's within my rights as King That's basically what I've decided to do for now, unless of course the citizens prefer a more dictatorial monarch! Sincerely, Ciaron Broeck

I understand that now, from what has been posted in Breuddwyd.
