Andy is still a citizen. In light of the recent conviction, I think it would be best to get him off the books as soon as possible. This can be accomplished with the government filing a simple civil court case against Andy. The only evidence we need to introduce is the ruling from the Criminal Court. However, as I am the Civil Court Judge, I can't file the case. Can someone else take care of it? Nate?
