Resolved, by the General Assembly of the Republic of Lavalon, that the Open Meetings Act be amended to include the following section:

5. If 2/3 of the Cabinet votes to have Cabinet proceedings conducted in a private setting, it shall be so. This is an exception to the rule about meetings with the President being open.
