VOTE: Should the use of Eucalyptus be prohibited?

I call a vote on the following language as a Cultural Edict of the Cultural Policy Council:

"The use of Eucalyptus in logos and other symbols for the Republic of Lavalon shall not be prohibited for any reason other than artistic or aesthetic reasons. In other words, historical politics shall have no role in deciding whether or not the Eucalyptus is used."

I motion for vote. We've already debated the heck out of this, I just want to settle the issue once and for all. If this is defeated, I'll shut my mouth on this issue
