Alright, I would like to open a discussion on what projects the CPC should... well, do.
First of all, Lavalon never really had a true system of heraldry, the badge system was only suppost to be a sort of semi-basic form.
We could either officalize the Badge as Lavalon's Official Armorial Standard, or we could make a more complicated system of hearldry.
Thoughts, comments, any other recomendations?

This may sound extreme--but I now support your coronation as King and the transition from a Republic to a monarchy. (There will need to be constitutional changes to that effect.)
Those in public office at various levels would have equivelant titles of nobility. For example, the King would be King, the President, Chief Justice, and Chancellor Dukes. Cabinet ministers would be Earls. And undersecretaries would be what--barons? And so on.
The changes need to be political as well as cultural. That is my general suggestion, as a meddling outsider with vested and heart-held interest in Lavalon, but I won't elaborate further here.

Xon is not only giving us political "advice" but now he's telling us how to restructure the entire government! He supports crowning a subordinate as King! (No offense Jon) If you were a citizen, that could very well be construed as treason. Now why don't you obey the rules of Avalonia and just leave?

No, Jon is currently on par with the President, Chief Justice, and Chancellor. They are a rank of equals, though each with different powers. That absolutely, postively could not be construed as treason. Some people would like to see America be a communist dictatorship--and that is not treason. They would like to see change occur democratically, just as I'd like to see change in Lavalon democratically through constitutional amendments. It's when you start getting violent and wreaking havoc that makes you treasonous. Even if you are a foreign national, such as myself--in my opinion. Those rules only apply to non-members of the ESC now, and there is only one citizen, Premier Desir, who is not an ESC member. Even if he were I wouldn't want to step a foot in Lavalon, because of his friend-enemy black-white mentality. (Nothing racist intended there)

Hahahaha, he makes me laugh so much.
Jon, I don't really know much about heraldy, but if you draft something, I'm sure we could work off that.
