Assuming there is no more red tape to go through, I hereby officially accept, and thank, President Vasroixe and Vice President Chowdhury for their nomination of me as Chief Justice of this Court.
I will endeavor to make the judiciary a neutral branch that will not be swayed by the rising trend of partisan tendencies. I will support, and encourage, the General Assembly to expand the Supreme Court to more justices once that action is feasible. All citizens should know that the Court will consider all cases brought to it and all matters will be given equal consideration.
Regarding the precedents established under the previous government of Lavalon. Those judicial precedents will be considered voided until reestablished in practice.
