Mr. Chief Justice,
I think it might help if we had some more detailed procedures for this Court that were in writing. Could I draw these up for the approval of you and Justice Zachary?

No, not just the order of the way things go at a trial, but everything: filing, trial procedures, decision making, etc. It would mainly just be a compilation, but I think it would be very helpful for the future reference of justices, lawyers, and all other concerned parties to have it all together in one place.
Also, do you think Justice Zachary and I could have moderator access over this forum?

Yes, of course, I was intending to make you both mods but i got sidetracked.
Basically, one files their charges in The Lobby. Previously I would decide whether or not I would take the case (now we would all have to decide). Then the case would go to the supreme court.

Mr. Chief Justice,
Thank you for enlightening me. However, the one thing we do seem to lack is forms for various purposes. Could I compile forms for filing, subpoenaing (sp?), etc.?
EDIT: Thanks for the mod.

Thank you, but that won't be neccesary. Simple posting a thread with the charges, defendent, and plantiff should suffice our needs. As well as posting in the lobby, cafe, or PM for subpoenas.
