Recently, this court was informed that technically, all laws are not in effect as they have not been signed by the President. However, President Chowdhury has recently indicated her approval for all laws in existence, so thus all laws which have been passed by the General Assembly are considered passed into Acts. Going forward, it shall be assumed that if the President votes yes on a bill, he or she approves of the bill, if they vote no, they veto it, and if they abstain from voting, the bill must be sent to them for a veto or signature.
