I like the Charter, even though I missed most of the discussion. But my only two cents is thus: If you want ProBoards, go for it. They're nice and stable. If you want PhpBB (for free) use www.forumer.com. It's remotely-hosted and you have dozens of themes from which to choose. You can even edit them, but I just found it easier to go with what I had.

"Unlimited Bandwidth" is really abstract---if the web host runs out they will have to ask you to pay more or they might go out of business. If you go for the paid plan it is more, well, "safe" to choose the limited version. I use and love ProBoards myself, but phpBB has one thing that ProBoards doesn't, and that is the ability to use real HTML in your messages if you want, but I don't think that's needed. For me, ProBoards is, however, extremely customizable---you can even customize the censors on "naughty" words

Haha! I don't believe in censorship, Brandon. Unless it's political censorship that serves to further my own agenda that is. ;D j/k!

Perhaps censorship is innappropriate in micronationalism but it serves its purpose well for the theme of the board I use ProBoards with. Plus people who cuss really tick me off, depending on the circumstances.

Then I must be your worst enemy because I use it casually as if it doesn't have any offensive value whatever.
If you think I'm bad on these boards, you should meet me in person....or talk to me over an IM. ;D

I don't have a problem with you Henzelli, I mean when someone really uses it in an offensive, vulgar way.

Brandon, I think Avalonia needs an anti-vulgarity law. It's not like we're limiting free-speech; if you want to speak your mind of whatever ideas you have, you still can. You just couldn't use cuss words to do so. Carson would support you on this, and I would also.

More rules telling people what to do. Yup. Avalonia is moving further and further right on the spectrum...and you know what's at the extreme right? FASCISM!!! ;D

Avalonia shall remain firmly anti-communist. In fact, that's written into our constitution, Andrew.
We aren't fascists, though.
