An Official Report: On the Use of ProBoards as out national forums by Undersecretary for Technology Matthew Vasroixe
First of all, ProBoards does not allow posts over 10,000 letters, and this has frustrated the Office of Technology. We cannot post technical contracts, such as with CafePress, for public viewing, easily.
Secondly, ProBoards does not work about 10% of the time due to having too many connections.
Thirdly, ProBoards is not as visually appealing or user-friendly as PHPBB.
Fourthly, ProBoards is not as customizable as PHPBB.
Fifthly, our Regent, bestower of culture, believes PHPBB would be better than ProBoards.
To sum this report, the Office of Technology believes Lavalon should switch to PHPBB instead of ProBoards.

Your report is noted, thank you.
The Department of Interior will recommend the government to remain in its current location, however.
