A 100% state-controlled industry.....we would become Communist overnight. A democratic Communist multi-party state with the only Marxist party in the minority. How awesome.

Don't worry about it. The point is that I understand it.
I do have a question though: Why was this economic agreement handled by the OoT and swept effortlessly past the Trade Minister? Because we don't have any other economic office, shouldn't such agreements be presented to the Trade Minister before anything like this happens?
I would have approved it, don't get me wrong, but I don't like this circumnavigation of our state bureaucracy.

Just what we need, bureaucratic infighting. Actually, it's something we really don't need.
The online store is nothing more than a souvenier shop, guys. Just another federal agency with a gift shop to supplement its income. Just a few coke machines at an interstate highway rest stop. No need for trade department involvement.

What about coffee? More specifically frappachinos?
Ok, yeah, that doesn't have to do with what your talking about. I guess we're all a bit paranoid...

actually, xon, what we're most concerned about is "what does it have to do with technology?" and dont say "because its an internet store." we have this bureacracy for a reason, each little department, office has a single job and must stick to that job.

Xon, all aspects of Lavalon's income are the business of the Trade Minister. Regardless of whether it's an online store, a conglomerate empire, or a lemonade stand on the Penn State Turnpike. All money collected in Lavalon's name is the business of the Trade Minister.
All of the departments' pet projects are therefore the business of the Trade Minister. Your circumnavigation of the state bureaucracy will not gain you any points in the end.

Neem, I'd be happy to add coffee to our selection.
Don't worry, Henzelli, profits will go to the General Fund of the budget. There the General Assembly will determine how to spend it. You can make suggestions.

I don't really like coffee and it's really bad for me... but I'm addicted to Frappachinos! We should make Lavalon Frapps

I have restricted my caffiene intake to two sources:
1. Coffee in the morning (2 cups, max) 2. Mello Yello Diet Mountain Dewat end of school.
I used to drink vast unhealthy amounts of coffee about two years ago. Nobody drank coffee back then; now I'm cool because my friends have started. And now I'm cutting back.
Frappacinos are okay, but not as good as Starbuck's Cafe Mochas. They're how I got addicted to coffee. I was on my Europe trip in 2000, and I drank some for the first time in the Philly airport. The trip from Munich to Detroit was a bizzarre day-long adventure of layovers and other things, and so at the various stopping points I searched for starbucks, recharged, and remained awake the whole time.
Life was not the same...
