Request for the Embassies

I would like to apply for some web space usage for the embassies:

Name of Applicant: Carson Smith
Purpose of the Web Space: to be used for the Embassy to the Empire of Alrodria
Controlling Authority: Carson Smith, forum i.d. csmith

Name of Applicant: Carson Smith
Purpose of the Web Space: to be used for the Embassy to the Kingdom of Breuddwyd
Controlling Authority: Carson Smith, forum i.d. csmith

Also, does Lavalon have the capabilities to give me e-mail addresses for the embassies? If you could, could I have one for each embassy:

alrodrianembassy@whatever it is
breuddwydembassy@whatever it is

how would you like this done:

1. an "Embassy Board" with each nation getting a sticky thread for their business or

2. a board for each embassy

and Lavalon can't provide email addresses, but I think Xon has made the claim that he can provide email addresses?

The web space is owned by me, making it no mere coincedence that I am Undersecretary for Technology. I do not wish to use any of my space for embassies.
