I'm going to do anything about this myself, but I think that it would be fitting for the Website Appropriation Committee to disband in favor of the Department of Interior's Office for Technology (I am it's Undersecretary).
The Department of the Interior already has its credits all over the website that my Office has created.
You would still be able to suggest changes to the website, as you can do here in the Website Appropriation Committee, except those changes would be under the authority of the Executive Branch.
The Website Appropriation Committee should be retitled a Commission if you still want the Legislative Branch to exercise part or whole control over it.
Even then, this Commission would still need executive branch personnel with sufficient technical experience to carry out its duties.
Thus, the best thing to do is to turn all non-forum related website work over to the Department of the Interior, headed by Nate.

If there is any way possible, please have all the threads and posts in this Committee forum be moved to the General Assembly. That is their proper place.
