Ah, you snuck that in my Basic Law as an amendment!
Indeed, for compliance with the Regent Defender of Lavalon Basic Law, a revote should occur in the General Assembly.
However this realization means that we now need to define exactly what kinds of things are "effecting [sic] all of Lavalon", along with flags. Does this include non-specific logos for our website?

Yes, I wanted to make sure that the CPC had some sort of check and balance, so I figured the GA was the safest bet. Effect, Affect... This is why I haven't had much luck with English 2. Basicly, I ment it as flags, seals, department logos, national coats of arms, etc.
